Payment, Shipping and Custom Orders
Payment  &  Shipping:


Items: Payments are accepted via PayPal and Credit Card and must be paid at the time of purchase. We do not ship until payment has cleared. Please note that it can take 2-5 days for checks via PayPal to clear. We ship anywhere in the US and we do not ship internationally. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or Greyhound. All shipping costs will include insurance on your items as we are not responsible for damage via postal service. Any damages must be reported to the shipping provider and to What's Old is New Again within 48 hours of receipt.  Item(s) are shipped within 3 -5 business days after payment has cleared. 

Furniture:

All shipping costs will include insurance on your items as we are not responsible for damage via courier. Any damages must be reported to the shipping provider and to What's Old is New Again within 48 hours of receipt.  

We ship furniture White Glove service with the highest level of care.  Item(s) will be packed/wrapped, loaded/unloaded, and placed in your home at the time of delivery. Each item(s) will be blanket wrapped and protected during shipment. Inside delivery to a first floor is included. Shipping provider, delivery time, and cost will vary and is dependant on item, delivery location and carrier chosen. All furniture requires a signature for delivery. We will send you confirmation of shipment and a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

Feel free to contact us prior to purchasing furniture and we will obtain shipping costs and delivery time frame for you.  We strive to keep shipping costs down while ensuring safe delivery to your home! 


Payment & Terms for Custom Orders: 

A 50% non refundable deposit is required up front on any custom orders. Remaining balance is due immediately upon pickup or before product(s) is shipped. Furniture/item will not be released until balance is paid in full. Any pieces not paid within 30 days of the completion date will become the propery of What's Old is New Again.
